A: PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE AND SUBMIT A QUOTE, AFTER SUBMITTED YOU WILL RECEIVE  A QUOTE VIA E-MAIL

Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY RESERVATION IS BOOKED?

A: YOU WILL RECEIVE A QUOTE, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK PLEASE EMAIL US WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND ASK TO BOOK.

YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE A EMAIL LINK TO PAY A  $100 DOWN DEPOSIT.

DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL PRICE QUOTED. 

Q: WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

A: BALANCE IS DUE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY CASH. PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE CAN  ARRANGE A TIME TO DROP IT OFF.

MAILING ONE WEEK PRIOR: PLEASE MAIL US A CHECK WITH A COPY OF YOUR RESERVATION.

 

Q: HOW CAN I PAY?

A: DEPOSITS ARE PAID BY CREDIT CARD. BALANCE DUE MUST BE MADE BY CHECK OR CASH. RESERVATION IS NOT FINAL TILL DEPOSIT IS PAID. YOU HAVE 2 DAYS TO PAY DEPOSIT, NOT PAYING WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED.

 

Q: WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE IN THE LIMO?

A: WE PROVIDE ICED BOTTLE WATER STOCKED WITH ICE AND CUPS.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN BEVERAGES?

A: YES. 

 

Q: CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC IN THR LIMO?

A: YES, ALL OF OUR LIMOS HAVE BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY.

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL RESERVATION. 

 

Q: WHAT ARE YOU MINIMUM HOURS?

A: 2 HOUR MINIMUM

Q: WHEN DOES MY TIME START AND END? 

A: PICK UP TIME AND DROP OFF TIME AS STATED AT BOOKING

Q: WHAT IF WE GO OVER OUR SET TIME?

A: WE CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $75 PER HOUR AFTER YOUR TIME HAS ENDED.
